- I grew up on the west coast but moved back here to my family's old stomping grounds in 2002.
I am a single mom with a 8 year old son who is beginning the 3rd grade in the fall of 2008. It has been difficult to connect up with other mom's because I live in a small town where there is little opportunity to meet other parents and frankly, alot of the "parents" I meet are really unhealthy people who i don't see being in a good enviroment (trying to put that as nicely as possible!)
I am hoping to "meet" good mom's here who can share advice and ideas for rasing our children in a healty, positive, and fun way!
