Women's Retreat at Craigfields
Hello all,
This is a call to anyone who has been interested in martial arts but not sure where to start. I train in a holisitc, ancient Japanese system called Budo Taijutsu. I am now helping to run our school, Kasumi Yama Dojo and am looking for ways to bring more women to this art because it has been so revolutionary for me and my own life path.
Taijutsu encompasses body and energy awareness and spiritual empowerment and embraces the ability to give in, moving with the flow of energy coming to you and wielding it for your own empowerment. For me, this has been one of the most important commitments I could have made for myself and those I love.
I wanted to let other women know about us and invite you all to a retreat we're holding Saturday the 25th of this month, camping over to Sunday morning if you’re able. It will be on our 160 acre farm in east Asheville and will weave yoga, taijutsu, our women’s empowerment curriculum and a lot of time out in nature!
We're keeping the price quite low and also offering sliding scale and special deals to those who can bring other women with them because our most important goal is to share this art. All the workshops and women's classes we've had in our test stage have been transformative experiences and I want to extend this to anyone who thinks it may be right for them, even if you're not sure you could afford to get into regular training right now.
Please contact us if you’re interested and we can give you the low down. Call me at (828) 280-0624. My e-mail is nestakorine@gmail.com . Also see the Kasumi Yama website at www.kasumiyamabujinkan.com. Ps - we have kids classes too!
Thanks mamas and be well!
Nesta
