My name is Catie Fagan, I am the founder of Rising Sprouts, a company for kids! I am teaching free children's yoga classes and free children's gymnastics classes at the Montford Community Center this Saturday.
Yoga-
2's-3's at 10:00 am
4's-5's at 10:45 am
6's-12's at 11:30 am
Gymnastics-
18 months-3's at 4pm
4's-5's at 4:45 pm
6's-12's at 5:30 pm
All mats are provided. Kids just be ready to stretch, bend, roll, laugh, filp and play!
